Staffing Opportunities

The City of Elliot Lake will recruit temporary staff for employment at the 2018 municipal and school board trustee election.

These positions will be customer-focused and will vary in responsibility.

Eligibility

You can apply for a position if you:

Are 18 years of age or older
Are legally entitled to work in Canada
Have excellent customer service skills (election experience preferred)
Can work well independently and in a team
Can attend a required training session in the weeks prior to election day

Bilingualism is an asset but not a requirement. You cannot apply if you are a candidate or the spouse, sibling, parent, child, grandparent or grandchild of a candidate running in this election.

We will start accepting applications on August 1. You will need to submit a resume and have a short meeting with the City Clerk.
