You can apply for a Miners' Memorial brick purchase by completing the Miners' Memorial and Commemorative Brick Application Form online, or downloading and submitting the following form to the Elliot Lake Nuclear and Mining Museum:

You can download and complete a Mobile Vendor License Application online and submit your completed form to the Building and By-Law Department at City Hall. You can also download and complete a form to list all salespersons performing door-to-door solicitation under a mobile vendor license.

If you have a dog or cat, you must purchase a pet tag. You can now register and pay for your pet tags from the comfort of your own home using our handy online payment form and your pet tag will be mailed to the address provided at no extra cost.
